Clarissa San Diego is a developer relations professional with over 5 years in the technological space. Her main objective is to bridge the gap between developers and companies through creative community engagement.
Her progress on community growth stems from her experience as a co-founder of SoDo MakerSpace where she demonstrates her abilities business development, STEM education, and industrial design and as an Evangelist for Women Who Code where she hosts events aimed for the professional growth of technical women. She has lead developer engagement for IoT company, Particle, and has consulted companies including Google, Qualcomm, and Telesign on developer related programs.
Clarissa has also served as Producer of numerous tech events and conferences including the Women Who Code CONNECT 2016 and the DevRel Summit conferences. She is also co-organizer of many Meetup Groups in the Greater Seattle Area. Majority of her events focus on bringing inclusion into the IoT and maker communities.
